From the concise 8-day Pauline route to the 11-day deep Orthodox immersion with Aegean cruise, Mount Athos, and the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Istanbul — four programs serve four different groups. Each is a real operational itinerary, not a constructed sample.

Routing logic: Athens and Thessaloniki are 5+ hours apart by road. This program flies into Athens and out of Thessaloniki, following Paul's actual route through Greece. Meteora and Berea are natural stops on the road north — not detours.

Why this program: Groups that want both northern Greece (Philippi, Thessaloniki, Meteora) and the Aegean island experience in a single trip — without 11 days. Day 4 is an efficient sweep of Thessaloniki → Meteora → Delphi, making it feasible. Best for communities that want their "Greece moment" to include both biblical sites and the iconic island scenery.

Mount Athos permits: The diamonitirion is a special entry permit issued by the Holy Epistasia of Mount Athos. Only Orthodox Christian men may enter. Permits must be arranged in advance — we handle the application process for the group. Women's parallel program is equally deep and is not a consolation program — it was designed as a distinct pilgrimage.

Direct
Athos permits handled for you
Mount Athos diamonitirion permits require advance coordination with the Holy Epistasia. We manage this process entirely — application, timing, documentation. Partners don't navigate it alone.
